BUTCHERY CLASSES

About Our Classes

Our Butchery classes are held within our main butchery shop, which you can visit Tuesday-Sunday at Baythorne Hall. Miles Nicholas will be your teacher for the entirety of the session, sharing with you all his knowledge and skills he has acquired over his 40+ years in the butchery industry


We offer full day or half day classes, all which are designed to give you an insight into every aspect of butchery. Full day courses commence at 10.30am until 3.00pm with a 30 minute break for lunch (lunch is not provided). Our half day courses commence at 1.30pm-4.30pm with a 15 minute tea break. All of our classes take place on Mondays when the butchery is closed to the public.
