BUTCHERY CLASSES

TRADITIONAL BUTCHERY

We butcher our meat in house, breaking down whole animals straight from the Farm and into our counter.

LOCAL MEAT

We buy as locally as possible and is high welfare, high quality meat.

The majority of our packaging and bags are 100% recyclable or bio-degradable.

Fantastic day with Miles on Monday, learning how to butcher half a pig. Wonderful teacher - patient, knowledgeable and encouraging.

We initially purchased some sirloin & a rolled rump but subsequently returned to purchase some incredible bacon that we had sampled in the cafe situated on the same site.
We've enjoyed the steaks & bacon & this evening I've followed Mile's guidance to reverse sear the rolled rump on the barbecue, it was some of the best beef I've tasted in a while. Thank you
